Using the Erathos platform

When selecting Gainsight as a new connector on the Erathos platform, you will need to name your connection and fill in the following form:

How to find my API key?

1. Enable the app and navigate to the Apps page from the navigation bar.

2. Click on Configure Next to API Access.

3. Select the API key in the API details section.

Don't forget to copy and paste the key on the Erathos platform API key field and click on Save and close.

With this connection created you can seemlessly move your Gainsight data to your BigQuery, Redshift or Postgres data-warehouse.
