Using the Erathos platform

When selecting Freshdesk as a new connector on the Erathos platform, you will need to name your connection and fill in the following form:

How to find my Freshdesk API Token?

1. Log in to your account

2. Click on your profile picture in the upper right corner and select Profile settings as in the attachment below:

1. On the right, click on View API Key and complete the captcha verification.

1. Copy and paste the value exhibited in the Erathos platform API Token field.

How to find my Freshdesk Domain URL?

1. Log in to your account

2. Access the apps icon in the bottom left

1. In the left side bar, your Domain URL will be displayed

Now copy and paste the Domain URL found in the Domain URL field in the Erathos platfom. Don't forget to click on Save and close to advance to the next steps of the integration.

With this connection created you can seemlessly move your Freshdesk data to your BigQuery, Redshift or Postgres data-warehouse.
